Position Vacant (Case worker NDIS and Aged Care)

Aged & Disability Support (Community Services & Development)

Full time (Maternity Leave Cover till July 2025, with highly possibility to extend)

$85,000 – $92,000 per year

We’re looking for a caseworker passionate about quality care to oversee care and support for care recipients of both our Home Care Packages (HCP) and NDIS. We want someone who delivers high quality customer service and is focused on the best outcomes for our clients and their families.

This is a busy role but we keep case levels intentionally low to ensure you have time to really focus on your clients. As we have a small culturally diverse team we need a team player with strong communication skills, a love of working with people, and who is happy working independently when required. If your work experience covers managing individual funding, including assessments, budgeting and care planning, and you have a track record of strong client satisfaction then we want to hear from you.

We’d love someone who has experience in both Aged Care and NDIS but training will be given to the right applicant so if you don’t tick all the boxes but think the role sounds right for you please still apply.

What We’re Looking For (Essential Criteria):

A qualification in Social Work, Social Science, Community Services, Nursing, or a related health field (Degree/Diploma).
Relevant casework experience—at least 1 year (Degree) or 3 years (Diploma) in aged care/NDIS.
Current Working with Children Check and National Police Check (Paid Worker).
NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC) Clearance.
A valid First Aid Certificate.
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (minimum 3 doses) and up-to-date flu vaccination.

You’ll get bonus points if you have any of the following:

Experience in intensive individual care/support (e.g., social work, registered nursing, or allied health).
Fluency in a second language.
Experience working in culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) environments.

Position Vacant (Casual Aged / Disability Care Support Workers)

We are seeking multiple casual Aged Care Support Workers under the Aged & Disability Team to provide direct support/care to people with aged care needs. Remuneration is in accordance with SCHADS Award 2010 Home Care Level 4/5 (Aged Care). Please refer to the attachments for more information about the opportunity.

Successful applicants shall have suitable qualifications, experience and/or language skills (preferred but not essential), such as Turkish, Dari/Farsi, and Mandarin/Cantonese. Local community members from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) background are strongly encouraged to apply.

NSW Working with Children Check (Paid Worker)
NSW Driver’s License with a fully insured vehicle.
NDIS Worker Clearance (Paid Worker) (relevant to Disability Care Support Worker)

First Aid Certificate
