Accessible Diversity Services Initiative Limited (ADSI) is a community based, non-profit organisation established to promote the principles of multiculturalism, access and equity and social justice.
ADSI makes its services available without discrimination to every member of the public which the organisation aims to assist.
ADSI has been established to achieve the following objectives:
To identify and address the needs of the most vulnerable including refugees, migrants and people of CALD background, in order to ensure relief from financial hardship, distress, misfortune, disability and disadvantage of individuals living in Central and Western Sydney.
To provide support services to disadvantaged and marginalised people including refugees, migrants and people of CALD background, by providing assistance and resources that will enable and empower such people to build their capacity and develop skills to maximise their access to social and economic opportunities available in the wider Australian community.
To identify and provide community care and other services for special needs groups such as refugees & migrants, women, families & children, the elderly, the unemployed, people with disabilities, unaccompanied minors (youth), single parents, people who are homeless or at the risk of being homeless, carers and the like.
