Accessible Diversity Services Initiative Limited (ADSI) is a community based, non-profit organisation established to promote the principles of multiculturalism, access and equity and social justice. Our services are available without discrimination to every member of the public which the organisation aims to assist.
ADSI is proud to be part of the Western Sydney Region Settlement Consortium (WSRSC), launched in 2024 by the Assistant Minister for Citizenship and Multicultural Affairs, the Hon. Julian Hill MP. The consortium, comprising four community organisations, provides expert settlement services to help refugees and migrants become self-reliant members of the Australian community. Members include:

To identify and address the needs of the most vulnerable including refugees, migrants and people of CALD background, in order to ensure relief from financial hardship, distress, misfortune, disability and disadvantage of individuals living in Central and Western Sydney.
To provide support services to disadvantaged and marginalised people including refugees, migrants and people of CALD background, by providing assistance and resources that will enable and empower such people to build their capacity and develop skills to maximise their access to social and economic opportunities available in the wider Australian community.
To identify and provide community care and other services for special needs groups such as refugees & migrants, women, families & children, the elderly, the unemployed, people with disabilities, unaccompanied minors (youth), single parents, people who are homeless or at the risk of being homeless, carers and the like.
